How Buyer Broker Compensation Works

Commission varies per property, at the seller’s discretion.

Some sellers may choose to cover a buyer’s broker commission in full, others may contribute partially, or not at all.

In cases where the seller does not cover the full commission, the buyer is responsible for the remainder — negotiated directly between the buyer and their broker.
This ensures you always know exactly what you’re paying for, and how your broker is working to protect your best interests.
Our Buyer Representation Packages
Option A: Full-Service Representation (A–Z)
Traditional, start-to-finish support. This includes:

Guidance through escrow and closing
📑 Agreement used: CAR Form BRBC
This is an exclusive agency representation agreement that formalizes the partnership between you and your broker, valid until a specific expiration date.
Option B: Limited Service Representation
(1–3 Properties)
Ideal for buyers who have already identified specific properties (1–3) and want targeted support, this package includes:

Showings and offers on up to 3 subject homes based on your selection

Professional guidance tailored only to those properties
📑 Agreement used: CAR Form PSRA
This is a non-exclusive agreement, valid for 30 days, giving you flexibility with a shorter-term commitment.
